Rebecca
Rebecca didn’t come into hairdressing the traditional way.
Originally trained in theatrical and media makeup, her background was rooted in avant-garde creativity — bold ideas, expressive work, and pushing beyond what’s expected. “Normal” was never really the brief.
Hair became the next canvas.
It didn’t take long for Rebecca to realise you don’t have to fit the stereotype to be successful in this industry. You don’t have to blend in, follow the mould, or tone yourself down to make it work.
Rebecca brings vision, high standards and a sharp creative eye — but more than anything, she’s built a studio that proves you can raise the bar without losing your personality.
Christos
From Albania to Greece to The Annex Studios — Christos has been honing his craft for years (and we’ve been lucky enough to have him for four of them).
A trained professional Greek dancer, he brings rhythm, precision and a little flair to everything he does. Calm in a crisis, steady under pressure and always focused on the detail.
He has a serious eye for what actually suits you — and he’ll tell you. Some might call him bossy… we call it committed to getting it right.
He’s extremely funny, quietly confident and genuinely cares about the end result.
If you want sharp detail, honest advice and someone who won’t let you leave without loving your hair — Christos is your person.
Molly
Molly is a born-and-bred Rugby hairdresser and a recently qualified Graduate Stylist, already making her mark with seriously smooth blow-dries (honestly, they should come with a wind machine).
She lives for the creative side of hairdressing the bigger the hair, the bolder the finish, the better. If it’s got flair, drama, and that “who did your hair?” kind of impact, Molly’s all over it.
A twin with two brothers and part of a teeny-tiny family, Molly more than makes up for it with a big personality and even bigger energy.
When she’s not in the salon, she’s singing in her band, sketching, or deep in a music phase that could range from anything to everything ! Her taste is impressively all over the place (in the best way), and well beyond her years.
In the salon, Molly is basically a whirlwind always on the move, always helping, always making sure everything runs exactly as it should. If something needs doing, she’s already halfway through it.
Jess
Jess brings 20 years of hairdressing wizardry to the chair — if it involves great hair, good chat, and a bit of magic, she's your woman. A new mum from a long line of strong women, she's basically powered by caffeine, determination, and sheer talent.
She loves meeting new customers, learning their life stories, and getting to know their hair almost better than they do. At home, she answers to Peter and Rita, her two cats who run the household with an iron paw.
When she's off-duty, you'll find her obsessing over food, dragging people to festivals, or loudly supporting her football favourites.
Cat
Cat is a highly experienced hairdresser with over 30 years in the industry and a real talent for bold, original transformations. Recently moved from Lancaster to Rugby, she’s all about big changes, rich, impactful colour, and anything that pushes creativity.
Kat brings warmth, skill, and a touch of fearlessness to every client. Outside of the salon, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Pablo — usually out on walks or recharging ready for her next transformation.
With roots in an extended military family, she works with precision, passion, and plenty of personality.
Kay
Kay is our bubbly (slightly batty!) blonde who will always greet you with a genuine smile and a warm welcome. She’s always happy to help and great to chat with—especially when she’s sharing her wonderfully random (and often quite racy!) stories.
In the interest of honesty, she does have the occasional moment of frustration… but only ever directed at the computer system.
Alongside keeping on top of all things admin, Kay is also an amazing barista in our coffee house. She doubles as our in-salon gardener, keeping our plants thriving, and even takes care of clothing repairs when needed—but most importantly, she’s the one who keeps us all organised.
And if she ever tries to tell you she’s quiet and unassuming… don’t be fooled!
Charlotte
What can we say about Charlotte? Commencing her apprenticeship with us in ..2025 we have already seen her progress from a shy young thing to a capable, helpful presence in the salon, absorbing knowledge be it technical skills, customer service or making Barista quality coffee. She's even giving us a run for our money when we tease her occasionally. She is certainly showing her potential to be a great hairdresser and is a valued member of our team. She is regularly complimented on her relaxing shampoo technique and her dreamy head massages!
